Farmer salad is one of the most common and famous for everyone. Fresh farmer salad always gives whole nutrition to our body. As we discuss earlier, why are green vegetables good for us? Salad is a combination of fresh green leafy vegetables and different dressings and toppings. Green leafy vegetables are considered as super food also. You can enjoy these powerhouse vegetables as much as you can. However, They are low in calories but give you the total nutritional value.
In the summer season, salad is one of the best choices for your lunch. You can get full nutrition value also. Salads are not just a full meal but also selected as siders. you can toss it with different vegetables to make a perfect bowl for yourself.
Not only in summer you can enjoy root vegetables and super greens bowl. Salad bowls always look delicious and appealing because of their vibrant colors. Choices of vegetables are totally upon you. whatever you like you can add or skip.

Ingredients:
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- onion
- arugula
- cucumber
- kale
- carrot
- mint and coriander leaves.
- Lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- extra virgin olive oil.
Direction:
Chop all the fresh greens salad vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into chunks to add extra flavors you can use Cherry tomatoes, Gold cherry tomatoes, Rome tomatoes, and plum tomatoes are really good in taste. Add some thinly sliced onion, carrots, and cucumber. Mix them all in a big salad bowl. For flavor squeeze fresh lemon juice. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on the top. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.
Tip:
if you want it as a full meal then you have to add a protein portion( boiled chicken, beans, or egg) of your own choice. You can have some nuts and seeds like walnuts, almonds pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, etc.
